Customer Rental Agreement
|
- TERMS OF LEASE: This lease shall terminate on the return date as specified on agreement.
- USE OF EQUIPMENT: Accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession, and agree to reimburse THE FINE EDGE SKI SHOP for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear resulting from use.
- INSURANCE COVERAGE: Applies to equipment breakage only, not lost, misplaced, or stolen equipment or personal injury, otherwise customers must reimburse THE FINE EDGE SKI SHOP for any such damage or loss.
- BINDING RELEASE: Bindings furnished therewith are binding designed to reduce the risk or degree of injuries from falling, and that despite the fact that adjustments have been made also understand that the binding will not release under ALL circumstances and are no guarantee of my safety.
- PERSONAL INJURY: I hereby release THE FINE EDGE SKI SHOP from any liability for damage and injury to myself or to any other person or property resulting from negligence, selection or adjustment, and the use of the equipment by me, accepting myself the sole responsibility for any and all such damage, injury or death.
- CUSTOMER AGREEMENT: I state I have read this liability release and understand it, and that if I am a minor, my parents know and agree to these stipulations, and agree to all terms of this lease.
- FAILURE TO RETURN: Persons no returning rental equipment will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and agree to pay attorney's fees incurred concerning any actions arising to obtain possession of the said equipment
